Unity College is an independent special needs school which promotes the potential of learners through the provision of high-quality education in order to equip each learner with skills to become productive, integrated members of society.
Unity College is undergoing plans to have a pool of their own which is scheduled to be available this time next year. “Construction started at the school’s premises on 8 Feb which is sponsored by Growthpoint Properties. The fact that without this generous donation, this non-profit organisation [school] would probably have to continue [borrowing] swimming pools to host their gala events,” Michelle Kirk, Unity College’s advancement officer said.
The excited pupils of Unity College can’t wait to enjoy a good splash and compete in their gala.
