Magnum is a Boerboel-cross puppy estimated to be around 10 months old. He came to the haven after being poisoned, and has finally recovered enough to be adopted. He is described as a ‘goofy’ big dog who has fought long and hard for his second chance in life. In addition to dealing with the consequences of his poisoning, x-rays have shown that he also has hip dysplasia. His veterinary large breed puppy food and joint supplementation diet have made a difference but he will most likely require surgery sometime in his future.
The haven is imploring residents to change the handsome lad’s destiny and give him the special home he deserves.
