Six year old suffers minor injuries in an accident on Poplar Road
MIDRAND - A six year old girl has sustained minor injuries after two vehicles collided with each other on the corner of Poplar and Mimosa roads in Midrand.
Netcare 911’s media liaison officer Athlenda Mathe said the accident happened this morning, 14 January, at 8am.
Mathe stated, “Netcare911 and another emergency service provider arrived on scene and treated the injured. Paramedics treated the occupants of one car, after administering medical care to the injured six year old girl, Netcare911 paramedics transported the girl to a nearby hospital for further medical care.”
Netcare 911 said the exact details as to the cause of the accident will remain a subject for police investigation.
