Zumba to help CHOC

HALFWAY HOUSE - DESH Fitness Studios is getting the community's bodies moving for a good cause on 24 October from 8am to 12pm at Halfway House Primary School.

The studio is hosting a fundraiser in aid of cancer and will provide free zumba classes from 8am to 10am, and there will be a variety of craft and food stalls, a jumping castle and fun entertainment.

There will also be a Show and Shine car event where people can pay R100 to park their car in a designated space to show off their pride and joy. All proceeds of the event will go to charity. The owner of the best looking car will win a prize.

The day also presents a marketing opportunity for small businesses in Midrand and a number of vendors will sell their products. All community members are urged to support the day as all proceeds will go to the Childhood Cancer Foundation of South Africa (CHOC).
