JOHANNESBURG – The location of Africa’s first Krispy Kreme store has been revealed, along with the date of its opening and people can’t wait to sink their teeth into those doughnuts.

The first ever Krispy Kreme store to open on the African continent will be at The Zone in Rosebank and its doors will reportedly open on 25 November. This is the first of a reported 31 stores that are set to open across the country in the next five years.

CEO of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts South Africa, Gerry Thomas was quoted saying, “Our iconic ‘doughnut theatre’, showcasing the doughnut production process in full view of the public, will be a feature of the Rosebank store, creating magic memories for our patrons.”
