Resident pleads for return of stolen property

MIDRAND - Midrand resident Eugene Letlojane is looking for information that may lead to the recovery of his personal belongings stolen out of his vehicle.

He told Midrand Reporter, “My car was broken into in June in the early hours of the morning when it was parked in Noordwyk. I locked the car and parked it at home. The suspects opened the car and stole my important documents and computers.”

Midrand police spokesperson Constable Matome Tlamela said, “Police are investigating the case of theft out of a motor vehicle reported on 19 June. The complainant alleges that he parked his vehicle in the yard and locked it, but the following morning he found his car not locked and property inside stolen.”
