This is the person who tirelessly prepares delectable creations every day in the quest to satisfy the pizza cravings of hungry guests, the person who deserves their moment in the limelight and much-deserved recognition for their creativity, skill and flair.
By entering the Global Pizza Challenge, pizza chefs all over the country will have a chance to put their skills on show and win R15 000. The grande finale of the competition will take place at Sandton Convention Centre from 15 to 18 March.
By encouraging your favourite pizza place to enter and making sure they mention you in their entry form, you could win a year’s supply of hot, fresh pizza delivered to your door once a month.
The national hunt has begun and the judges of the Global Pizza Challenge are challenging stand-alone pizzerias, restaurants, hotels, fast food outlets and franchises to enter and prove that they make the most delicious pizza on this side of the equator. The Global Pizza Challenge runs in 16 countries around the world and is aimed at promoting a passion for pizza making, and introducing a whole new spectrum of innovative pizzas to the world.
