Hospital extension to better serve the community

TEMBISA - A Tembisa-based private hospital will be extended to accommodate the high turnout of patients in the area.

Lenmed health Zamokuhle Private Hospital broke ground for a new health facility. The hospital’s group marketing and communications manager Michelle Hipner said, “The hospital will be undergoing an extensive expansion to accommodate the people of Tembisa who are in need of quality private healthcare. The hospital currently has 36 beds, and we are looking to increase it to 100 beds.”

Hospital manager Pule Ndlala said,”We decided to extend the hospital’s capacity to better serve the community. Our focus at the hospital has always been quality healthcare and we can bring that to more people once the work has been finished in extending the hospital.”

MMC for Roads and Transport councillor Thumbu Mahlangu attended the ground-breaking event at the hospital.
