Residents tell of water crisis in Noordwyk

NOORDWYK - Noordwyk residents say they have had enough of the water situation in their area.

BBM users have sent messages complaining about the length of time they are without water.

Three of the long list of residents sent Midrand Reporter messages.

Mel said, “Seriously, do we live in the rural areas now? Can we have water for seven uninterrupted days for once!”

Frank said, “I don’t know where my water went but it is not fun to go to work without bathing.”

Kesh said, “There is no water at Liebenberg Road again!”

Joburg Water spokesperson Millicent Kabwe said, “There was a water interruption due to problems with the pressure reducing valve, on 18 June from midnight till 4am. Joburg Water apologises for any inconvenience caused.”
