Proposed homes on show

BLUE HILLS - Community members flocked to Blue Hills Equestrian Estate on 21 and 22 June to view the proposed plans for the houses and school to be built in the development.

This was the first of three Home Design Expos by Century Property Developments. The next expo, which is aimed at the Midrand and Fourways communities, will be held at the Waterfall Country Estate on 2 and 3 August.

Architects, builders, interior designers and lanscapers showcased what was possible when designing a new home at Blue Hills Equestrian Estate, and community members lapped up the chance to view the designs. There were nine different home designs on display.

The designs were showcased with scale models and 3D illustrations. Landscapers took the opportunity to present small-scale versions of their designs which worked aesthetically with the building designs.

A new school will be built on the property too and is a branch of Reddam House Waterfall, called Reddford House and principal of Reddam House Waterfall George Balios was at the expo to attract parents to enrol their children at the school.

While parents browsed the home design stands, the children relished the chance to play on the jumping castles. An array of food stalls kept hunger at bay and ensured the community had time to browse the development until they were content.
