The animal rescue organisation will host its book sale in front of the SuperSpar at the centre to raise funds.
Community members can also donate books to be sold.
Susanne Venter of the organisation called on community members to visit the Woodrock Animal Rescue in Hennops Valley, to bath, cuddle or walk one of the dogs.
The organisation is non-profit, and rehabilitates and re-homes dogs. It is also involved with the township community and educates them on treating animals humanely. It helps to spay and neuter animals.
Community members can help the association through donations and sponsoring sterilisations.
