Buzz for Gospel’ is a South African music-themed quiz show on SABC 1 which celebrates gospel music through a series of quizzes about the genre.
Each week the show features three gospel celebrities who play for three different charities.
The sum total of the prize money is R 10 000.
Midrand Child and Family Care Association was paired with SAMA award-winning singer, Nothende.
Nothende answered most of the questions correctly and won R 4 000 for Midrand Child and Family Care Association.
Chairperson of the association, Desiree Schutte said, “We thank Nothende and Buzz for Gospel. This will go a long way in helping us as we urgently need a new switchboard system.”
