#HaveYourSay: What do you think of ongoing Kaalfontein road developments?

MIDRAND – The community seems pleased with road constructions taking place in Kaalfontein.

SHARON MASINDI: I am beyond happy and even though the projects will take months to complete, the community will be patient because these constructions will benefit the residents.

 

The Midrand Reporter visited Kaalfontein to find out what the people think about the ongoing road constructions. This is what you had to say …

DEBRA SIOBO: Whenever holes are dug up during the developments, they speedily cover it so the safety of our children is made a priority and allows us parents to be at ease when we’re not home.
BERTHA PETERS-SCHEEPERS: The road constructions are according to the mandate of the Johannesburg Roads Agency which is to provide communities with roads and storm water drainage.
SIBONGINKOSI NKABINDE: It’s about time road developments also reach my community because we were struggling from dust and mud, making it difficult for cars to drive in and out.
TAKALANI BUDELI: I am pleased with the road developments taking place and the good communication between the contractors and the residents staying on the specific road.
