Record-breaking sale penthouses launched in Waterfall
Two South African sectional title penthouse apartments were sold at the most expensive prices in eight years.
Balwin Properties has recently unveiled two super luxurious penthouses at its award-winning Munyaka development in Waterfall.
The developer, who prioritises environmentally responsible building practices and high-quality apartments, has priced both penthouses at R80m and R78m respectively, and both are currently under offer.
The sales of these two penthouses are believed to be the most expensive prices paid for a sectional title penthouse apartment in South Africa since 2008.
Steve Brookes, CEO of Balwin Properties, emphasised that no detail has been spared in the construction of these two penthouses, which are the epitome of luxury and innovation, during the launch on September 1.
Located in Waterfall, overlooking the largest Crystal Lagoon in the southern hemisphere, the penthouses have attracted strong interest from discerning international buyers from the United Arab Emirates and West Africa who are looking for a one-of-a-kind lifestyle apartment.
The Munyaka Crystal Lagoon, the largest of its kind in the southern hemisphere, is the focal point of the estate.
