Ananda Potgieter, head of the department for the intermediate phase said, “The kids enjoyed it and they had lots of fun which is the most important thing for us… This is our yearly sports day to make sure that the learners participate in all events. This year we did it a little bit differently, we did not just keep it at track and field events, we put some gymnastics and other games in as well,” she concluded.
