Eskom Rivonia Hub temporarily moves to Linbro Business Park

JOHANNESBURG – Eskom apologises for any inconvenience caused as they strive to provide services to their customers.


The Eskom Rivonia Hub will be operating temporarily from the Linbro Business Park with effect from 1 October this year until further notice.

According to a statement released by Eskom, if customers have any service requests, they are encouraged to call the Eskom Contact Centre or visit their temporary offices in Linbro Business Park, 3 Neutron Street, Linbro Park. The move will not affect any service rendered by the hub to customers.

Senior customer service manager in the Gauteng Operating Unit Daphne Mokwena said, “The relocation is aimed at ensuring that the customers’ needs are met and fit for purpose in line with business operations.”

The Rivonia Hub will move permanently to an Eskom-owned building and details will be communicated in due course. “Eskom apologises for any inconvenience caused as we strive to provide services to our customers.”

For any electricity-related enquiries, customers may call Eskom’s Contact Centre on 08600 37566 (24 hours) or SMS your query and account number/meter number to 35328 or send an email to customerservices@eskom.co.za.
