Take note of planned water outages to affect parts of Joburg

JOBURG – Joburg Water will be conducting maintenance and repair works in certain areas.


Resident in parts of Johannesburg will be experiencing water shortages to no water as Joburg Water will be conducting maintenance service and repairs in the next coming days. 

These are the areas to be affected include:

Paulshof Exit

When: 10 September

Time: 8am to 6pm

Reason: Installation of pipe on Stove Haven Street, mobile water tanks will be made available.

Diepsloot West Ext 1

When: 10 September

Time: 7.30am to 8.30pm

Reason: A tie-in, the area will have no water, mobile water tanks will be made available.

Halfway Gardens

When: 10 September

Time: 9am to 6.30pm

Reason: Commissioning of water services, the area will have no water. Water tanks will be available at the garage next to Midrand Police Station, Old Nagiah Shopping Centre, Halfway House Primary School and Midrand Fire Station.

Selby

When: 9 September

Time: 6am to 6pm

Reason: Installation of water pipe, the area will have no water.

Sandown Ext 24

When: 12 September

Time: 8am to 6pm

Reason: Connection of new development 110m water main, the area will have no water.
