Tebogo Bulane and Prudence Sihlangu held a black tie charity event on 7 October at Table 29 restaurant in Midrand.
The pair has been running this annual event for the past four years.
The gala dinner is aimed at raising funds for schools shoes and bursaries for underprivileged children within communities, mainly Tembisa.
“Already we managed to take one learner from Ivory Park to Boston Campus in Kempton who is doing his second year through this fundraising initiative,” said Bulane.
Over the past three years, the pair has managed to obtain more than 50 pairs of school shoes which were distributed to Bulamehle Orphanage in Tembisa.

“The event was a success with the support from friends and family as we dined, danced and changed the future of many children through the funds raised.”
