Ivory Park Police Station is inviting the public to an auction to be held on the corner of Van Acht and Waterpass streets in Isando on 8 March at 8am.
Among the items that will be auctioned are furniture, fridges, laptops and electronic appliances such as televisions and microwaves.

Communication officer for Ivory Park Police Station, Captain Bernard Matimulane said the items have been in police custody for the past two years.
“The police have tried to locate the lawful owners, but they are nowhere to be found,” said Matimulane.
