13 injured in collision
MIDRAND - A taxi collided with another vehicle at around 7.30am on 12 May on the K101 near Allandale Road in Midrand.
Netcare 911 reported that thirteen people were injured when a taxi and another vehicle collided. Details of the cause of the accident are unclear and will be the subject of a police investigation.
Athlenda Mathe, media liaison officer for Netcare 911 stated that the passengers sustained moderate to minor injuries. Their paramedics worked alongside other services on-scene to stabilise the injured, who were then transported to various hospitals in the area for further medical care.
