Another dog day comes to Alex

ALEXANDRA - The Sandton SPCA in conjunction Women and Men Against Child Abuse (WMACA) Kidz Clinics will host another dog day in Alexandra.

SOME dog owners bring their pets to a dog day in Alex.

The Sandton SPCA in conjunction with Women and Men Against Child Abuse (WMACA) Kidz Clinics will host another dog day in Alexandra.

It will be held at Inkanyezi Waldolf School on 28 February, starting from 9am to 12pm. According to Candice Scorer, general manager of the SPCA Sandton and Eastern Metro, the day will include dog washes.

Staff members of the Sandton SPCA and its volunteers will man a mobile clinic which will be spaying, de-worming, vaccinating and doing check-ups and other treatments as required on the dogs, while staff from WMACA Kidz Clinics will wash the dogs and also educate owners on how to look after their pets.
