Spotlight on rhinos
MIDRAND - Francois Myburgh will be embarking on a second walk from 4 to 7 November, to raise awareness for the plight of rhinos.
In July, Myburgh raised R4 000 from his previous rhino walk which had a R100 000 target. “I would really like to reach the R100 000 target at the end of 2014. Please donate to this cause,” said Myburgh.
He will start the walk at Witpoortjie and will walk though Rosebank, Sandton, Midrand, Diepsloot, R51 Hartbeespoort, ending at Magalies Park, Skeerpoort. The walk is 111km in total.
He needs sponsorship for:
- Dinner and breakfast meals in Midrand
- Size 11 running shoes
- First Aid kit, including sunscreen
- Monetary donations towards the cause
