Man possibly kidnapped

MIDRAND - Rabie Ridge police said a man who was reported missing is suspected to have been kidnapped.

Investigating officer Constable Boycot Zembe said, “Johannes Sabatha Tsotetsi left Kanana Extension to go and play lotto in Midrand on 22 November at 8am. He never returned home.”

Zembe said Tsotetsi was last seen wearing jeans, a hooded jacket and black and white takkies. He was driving a red Audi which was later recovered at the Engen Garage next to Boulders Shopping Mall on 24 November.

“Nothing was taken from the car and the car keys were found in the car, only the drivers window was damaged. Tsotetsi’s cellphone has been turned off since 22 November. His family think he may have been kidnapped around the Midrand area.”
