Three male suspects were arrested for the alleged possession of stolen property in Austin View on 28 February.
According to Sergeant Jacob Nhlongo, spokesperson for the Rabie Ridge Police Station, the station received information about stolen goods on 28 February at about 5pm.
“Upon arrival at the location, we found three males with boxes of security guard uniforms. The complainant pointed out the [items] as those that he was robbed of in Olifantsfontein,” Nhlongo explained.
He concluded that the three suspects were arrested on charges of possession of stolen property and will appear in the Tembisa Magistrates’ Court soon to answer to the charges.
