Kyalami Corner Shopping Centre gets much needed upgrade
KYALAMI – Find out what has been upgraded at the Kyalami Corner Shopping Centre.
Motivated by concerned tenants and shoppers after the attempted armed robbery and shooting of a shopkeeper two months ago, Kyalami Corner Shopping Centre’s management confirmed that all security upgrades have now been completed.
Visitors to the shopping centre will see heightened security measures, including visible security officers and the centre has already deployed dedicated tactical vehicles manned by armed guards 24 hours a day.
Boom gates and spikes have also been installed at both the entrances and are fully operational.
“We will continue to monitor and assess any potential threats and work with our security company and the local police to make appropriate adjustments. The safety of our shoppers, tenants and employees remains our top priority,” said the Kyalami Corner centre spokesperson.
