Ditumiso Mahlaba, communication and sales marketing manager for Dräger, said they chose the society as they wanted to assist animals this year. Dräger assisted by collecting sand from one side of the facility to the other using a shovel and wheelbarrows and donated numerous bags of dog food.

The society has called on the community to support them with funds so they can be able to assist more animals in need.
