Loving cats and dogs up for adoption this week at Midrand SPCA
MIDRAND – The Midrand SPCA is looking for blankets and new mums and dads for their animals.
The Midrand SPCA is looking for forever homes for one cat and two dogs.
Chairperson of Midrand SPCA, Brenda Lucas said, “All the animals which are placed for adoptions are animals which can adapt well to new surroundings and are good with children.”
The siamese male cat is only two months old and was found as a stray.
A German shepherd cross husky female in Kennel K39 is on the adoption list and is only two years old. Lucas said he is very friendly and is active.
The last animal up for adoption is a one-month-old ridgeback cross who is loving and playful.
Lucas said the facility is also in need of blankets this winter for the animals and has therefore appealed to the community to donate as many blankets as possible.
