Well wishes for Christmas from councillor

Ward 110 councillor, Steven Lamola is appealing to the community to stay alert as the Christmas season approaches, as criminals are always taking advantage of the celebrations.

Lamola has advised residents to ensure that their homes are locked at all times, even when going to the washing line, because one minute is enough for a criminal to enter someone’s house.

He also stressed the importance of children’s safety and has, therefore, called on parents to ensure that their children are safe when travelling or when at home. “Everyone must play a role in making a better life for everyone, as we continue to strengthen our democracy,” concluded Lamola.
