On 1 March, we put our garbage bins outside our gate from 8am in the morning for Pikitup to come to Hampton Road and empty it. After my gardener heard the Pikitup truck, he went outside to bring the bin in and discovered that the bin had been taken away.
He went down the road to look for the bin and even asked our neighbours if any of them had seen the bin, but could not find it. One neighbour mentioned to him that someone is taking the bins. I want to alert people to look out for this as it is becoming a problem.
UPDATE – De Wet reported the matter to Pikitup and said they promised to deliver another bin for her.
