MBUYISENI JOHANNES TSHABALALA, Identity Number 850112 5827 088 in respect of ERF 9684 ERMELO EXTENSION 18 TOWNSHIP, REGISTRATION DIVISION I.T., PROVINCE OF MPUMALANGA, IN EXTENT 492 (FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY TWO) SQUARE METRES, HELD BY Deed of Transfer T13461/2023, which has been lost or destroyed. All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds Mpumalanga at Nelspruit within two weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
