Notice is hereby given that under the provisions of Section 38 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, I, the Registrar of Deeds Mpumalanga at Nelspruit intend to issue a Certificate of Registered Title in lieu of Certificate of Consolidated Title T125404/2007 dated
11 September 2007 passed by THE TRUSTEES FOR
THE TIME BEING OF LE ROUX VAN NIEKERK TRUST, Registration Number
IT11999/1983, in favour of THE TRUSTEES FOR THE TIME BEING OF LE ROUX VAN NIEKERK TRUST, Registration Number IT11999/1983, in respect of certain ERF 9908 ERMELO TOWNSHIP, Registration Division I.T.; Province of MPUMALANGA, Measuring: 582 (FIVE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY TWO) Square Metres, Held By Certificate of Consolidated Title T125404/2007, which has been lost, destroyed, incomplete or unserviceable.
All persons having objection to the issue of such Certificate are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds Mpumalanga at Nelspruit within six weeks after date of the first publication in the Gazette.
