The man, the myth, and the reigning UFC middleweight champion of the world, Dricus ‘Stillknocks’ du Plessis, is set to pay a visit to Middelburg on October 12.
After defeating ‘The Last Stylebender’ Israel Adesanya and showing the world what we know and what they don’t, the African champ has become a globe-trotting icon, but the allure of his home nation has been simply too strong.
The next stop in his journey will be to pay a special visit to Hoërskool Middelburg, where fans can attend a Q&A session with the superstar that will take place after a Touch Rugby Social event organised by Mr and Miss MHS as part of their charity fundraiser.
Tickets for the Q&A session can only be bought on the day of the event at the school’s gates from 16:30.
Those who have bought a VIP ticket will have the opportunity to attend a braai at the rugby clubhouse, where they can personally meet Du Plessis.
VIP tickets closed on October 9. A VIP ticket also books you a spot at the Q&A.
It is strongly recommended that you bring your own braai meat, cool drinks, camping chairs and cutlery to the VIP evening.
