Today (Monday), first-time buyers who earn less than R600 000 hope to buy stands.
According to the municipality, only 196 stands are reserved for first-time buyers, and these stands will be sold at a 50% discount.

The police, traffic department, and other law enforcers were present to control the crowd.
Municipal spokesperson Lerato Kgomo said all was going smoothly with no disruptions.
