A mini-bus transporting school children crashed a short while ago close to Naledi on the Van Dyksdrift road.
15 school children were being transported by the mini-bus at the time of the collision.
According to David Ross from Ross Towing, seven ambulances were dispatched to attend to the victims with injuries varying from serious to minor.
No fatalities were reported.
Mr Ross commended the Steve Tshwete Traffic Department for their swift and efficient response to the scene. He confirmed the presence of the Middelburg Fire Department, provincial traffic department as well as Seriti’s fire department.
The scene is currently active and motorists travelling in that direction are urged to approach with caution and expect traffic delays.
The cause of the accident is unknown.
