The properties up for auction can be viewed on Friday August 27 from 12:00 to 15:00.

Bidders will need to pay a R10 000 refundable deposit.

The properties on auction are:

• Portion 1 &12 Erf 622 Dullstroom – (613m² & 698m²) – Two fully furnished two bedroom houses
• Portions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 & 11 of Erf 622 Dullstroom – Nine vacant stands: each ±600m²
