PHOTOS: Light Aircraft crashes at airfield

The wreckage of a light aircraft which was still leaking fuel was found abandoned at the Middelburg Airfield on Friday morning.

It is unknown when the crash took place, but initial indications are that it occurred last night.

The status of the pilot and what occurred was yet to be established at the time of going to publication.
