He has unofficially adopted the little princess and plans to be part of her life for decades to come.

And who would refuse him? When she hears his voice, it’s all smiles and the Observer has the footage to prove a site which has been accessed thousands of times this week.

Him and his partner, captain Gys Goosen, held the police’s name high since Friday.
