Bill Clinton has more to worry about than Donald Trump - Bill must decide how he will stay out of jail.
No-no, we are not talking about Hillary’s husband Bill and Monica Lewinsky’s favourite president, we are talking about Bill Clinton Lubisi.
When Bill’s mother decided to name him after the US President, her thoughts were of a man who relaxes with five women along Nkandla’s pool – not a suspected illegal fisherman accused of wiping out the yellow fish population in the Olifants River.
Bill Clinton is one of the accused in a case where protected species of fish worth R2 million were poached.
Last weekend the Hawks arrested nine suspects, one of them a woman, in Vosman. The group of 10 were arrested after the Hawks received information that they were illegally using nets to catch mostly yellow fish, a protected species.
• The group appeared before court on Friday for a formal bail application. Bail of R1 500 each was awarded to the five accused who are South African citizens: They have been identified as: Alfred Lubisi, Given Lubisi, Mandla Masanobo, Bill Clinton Lubisi and Zailinah Lubisi.
Bail was refused for five Mozambican nationals, namely: Arthur Beneth, Jarose Moyena, Elias Nkuna James Seabelo and Sabaow Hlongwane.
