Update: ‘Middelburg Monsters’ in court
The sentencing of the Middelburg couple who were found guilty of sexually abusing their own children, is scheduled for this week.
The “Middelburg Monsters” will appear before magistrate Deon Minnie on Thursday to hear their fate.
During the children’s testimony, they told of how they were tied to bed posts and how their mother was present but did nothing to stop the assault and rape.
A successful application in front of magistrate Minnie, gave the Middelburg Observer permission to broadcast the sentencing procedures. Readers will be able to tune in on Thursday and see for themselves what fate awaits the couple.
