Are you battling to get your tween to eat more fruit?

Fruit is a great source of fibre, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. So it’s hardly surprising that eating fruit every day has been shown to help reduce the risk of developing some of the most common chronic conditions, like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain kinds of cancer.

The World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) recommends that children eat at least five servings of fruits per day, yet many children don’t eat near enough of the recommended amount.
