Ehlanzeni Netball League off to a flying start at White River Primary
The action was fast and furious on the netball courts as the teams showcased their skills.
The 2024 Ehlanzeni Netball League continued with thrilling action on the courts of White River Primary School on Saturday July 13.
The A, B and C leagues were played on a warm winter’s day, with women’s and men’s teams of clubs from all over the Ehlanzeni region showing some good form.
In an A league women’s clash, KaBokweni 2 proved too strong for Mashaba United, winning 13-5.
The young team from Hoërskool Bergvlam got off to an excellent start in the women’s B league, defeating the Mkhuhlu Diamonds 17-9.

In thrilling women’s B league clash, Green Mamba 2 had to dig deep to defeat Forek Academy 2, 17-15.
There was a tightly fought match in the women’s C league, with BBR Jaguars edging out Tekalthako Academy 9-8.
In the men’ league the Spikers hit Forek Academy hard, winning 20-1.
The next round of matches will be played at White River Primary on Saturday July 27.
