Rob Legacy, the alumni organisation of Hoërskool Rob Ferreira, held a successful fundraising Chicken Wings Golf Day on Saturday.
A nine-hole, all par three golf course was set up on the schoolgrounds.
Puma Maintenance won the Chicken Challenge on a count out over the Rob Teachers. BVR Attorneys were third.
Zach Oosthuizen was nearest to the pin on the 10th hole. Furthest from the pin on 10 was Daleen Minnaar. Brandon Botcher was nearest to the pin on 12.
The much-anticipated event was not so much about playing good golf, it was about fun and most importantly raising funds for Rob Legacy, which will benefit Rob Ferreira.
