It has been almost two months since the NNC Pumas last took to the field for competitive action.
On Friday they will return to the field when the Down Touch Griffons travel to Mbombela to compete against them in preparation for this year’s Carling Currie Cup.
The Currie Cup is expected to start in June, although no further details have been made official.

The friendly match will take place at Mbombela Stadium at 13:00. The match will neither be televised nor will any spectators be allowed. Lowvelder will, however, be bringing you regular updates on Facebook as well as a match report on www.lowvelder.co.za.
