Nelspruit Post Jogging challenge – Week 4

Have you been training with us? If so, you have reached the 80% mark and will be able to run 6 kilometers on Sunday.

We have reached the fourth week of our jogging challenge for couch potatoes!

If you are still limited to occasional walks between the couch and the fridge, broaden your cardiovascular horizons by starting here.

For those of you who are up to date, take a look at week 4’s program:

Monday: Walk 30 minutes

Tuesday: Jog 25 minutes

Wednesday: Walk 30 minutes

Thursday: Jog 30 minutes

Friday: Walk 30 minutes

Saturday: Rest

Sunday: Jog 6 kilometers
