Nelspruit Post has celebrated the recent arrival of load shedding by exchanging our treadmills for running shoes. We have challenged readers to join our 0-5 kilometer jogging challenge and hope that participants are having a lot of fun. Week two has just kicked off. For those who missed it, week one’s training plan looks like this:
Monday – Walk briskly for 20 minutes
Tuesday – Jog for 10 minutes
Wednesday – Walk for 20 minutes
Thursday – Jog for 15 minutes
Friday – Take the day off
Saturday – Jog 3 kilometres.
