An enchanting evening of music and wine at Laerskool Nelspruit

Laerskool Nelpruit hosted the last night of its Cultural Week with music from Joshua na die Reën and delectable wines from Hermanuspietersfontein Wines.

The last night of Laerskool Nelspruit’s annual Cultural Week was an enchanting evening of music and wine on Thursday, September 19.

The school hall was decorated with meticulous details and tables laced with goodies.

Renowned South African musician, Joshua na die Reën, real name Jacques de Villiers, performed at this unforgettable night attended by Lowvelders who are great fans of his music, and wine lovers as well. He owned the stage along with his band, Raziella Grey on vocals and violin and Stephen Jonathan on electric guitar, performing most of his well-known songs.

One of Laerskool Nelspruit’s Grade Seven pupils, Alrich Heyman, charmed the audience as well with his amazing performance.

There was an exclusive wine auction and a wine pairing of Hermanuspietersfontein Wines.

Local oenophiles did not miss a chance to grab the exclusive wines while also enjoying the wine pairing with charcuterie boards. There were various wines, such as Kaalvoet Meisie, Bloos and Posmeester that were paired with the delectable foods on offer.
