Learners and taxi driver rushed to hospital after collision in Mbombela
Eleven people, including a taxi driver, were injured in this accident in Valencia involving the taxi and a tractor.
A taxi full of schoolchildren was involved in a collision with a tractor in Fuschia Road in Valencia, Mbombela.
Eleven people were injured.
Martin Jeffrey of Emer-G-Med said the taxi was transporting pupils of various schools in Mbombela earlier this morning, July 15.

“We received the alert at about 06:55 and found a taxi that had collided with a tractor after the taxi driver allegedly attempted to overtake it. The 11 injured, including the taxi driver, were treated for minor and moderate injuries and transported to hospitals by various medical emergency services,” he said.
