Case against three accused of Mbombela’s Dr Procter’s murder postponed

The case against the three men accused of murdering Mbombela anaesthetist Dr Nicholas Procter just over four months ago was postponed following their appearance in the Nelspruit Magistrate's Court today, June 7.

The case against Bheki Ndlovu (38), Nkateko Tshidzumba (24) and Siyabonga Kekana (20), the three men accused of murdering Mbombela anaesthetist Dr Nicholas Procter on January 31, was postponed to July 15 for further investigation.

Ndlovu and Tshidzumba appeared in the Nelspruit Magistrate’s Court digitally today, June 7, while Kekana was present in person when the matter was heard.

The State Prosecutor asked for a postponement, as the State said it was awaiting evidence in the case, including statements, video footage and the post-mortem report.
