Van Zyl said she creates a programme for each and every client, as no two are the same. “If you sit for more than eight hours a day, there are some muscles that get problematic. Your neck muscles get weakened and get stiff. If you are required to sit for long hours, sit for only 30 minutes and then get up and walk around. This will assist your body,” she said.

Pienaar shared information on various multivitamins. “Some of us have preferences in diets. I love bread and pasta. Unfortunately, that does not cover all the multivitamins. You will remember, during Covid-19 pandemic, when you visited the doctor, he would give you a list of medication or vitamins to take. He would start with vitamins A, B and D, which helped with calcium absorption. What we consume, consumes us, and this comes down to more than what we eat.”

After the sessions, the guests had some questions to ask and the professionals provided feedback.
