Throughout the past few weeks, a dedicated group of businesses has been volunteering to clean up litter and cut the tall grass next to the road.
To emphasise and improve on this initiative, the Lydenburg Mashishing Business Chamber (LMBC) is hosting a business breakfast at De Ark Guesthouse on Thursday April 7 at 07:30. The event will conclude by 09:00. It is R150 per person.

Well-known inspirational speakers who have had success in other municipalities have been invited.
The event will focus on a way forward and possible improvements to be made in Lydenburg. LMBC has chosen the hashtags #revivelydenburg, #LMBC, #wecarelydenburg and #wecarelydenburg for this initiative.
The chamber hopes that everyone doing something to aid Lydenburg will use these hashtags so it can start trending on social media.
